  Majority of staff encountered had a poor attitude and were reluctant to provide service. The porter had a bad attitude and often staff said that they would do something but failed to do it. I would expect more for a hotel of this type. This experience followed a previous poor experience so it was not coincidental. Generally very disappointed in the overall service experience.

  Reception staff helpful. Rooms tidy and clean. Value, a little bit expensive for what you pay.Casino floor very busy with what would appear to be locals and felt slightly like a tatty version of a Las Vegas Casino. Lots of offers in restaraunts to entice locals but did not look that appealing.
